Cookie Policy

Last updated: July 16, 2026

A cookie is a small text file that websites you visit store in your browser. Cookies can be used for different purposes such as session management, user preferences and statistics.

2. Which Cookies Do We Use on This Site?

This site uses three categories of cookies: strictly necessary, analytics and marketing. The strictly necessary category is always active; analytics and marketing cookies are loaded only with your explicit consent.

2.1 Strictly necessary cookies (always active)

These are required for the site’s core functions; they cannot be rejected.

Cookie Purpose Duration
cc_cookie Remembering your cookie preference (vanilla-cookieconsent) 6 months

2.1.1 Google cookies that may arise from contact form security (reCAPTCHA)

Our contact page uses Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise to block spam and bot submissions. This script is loaded only on the /en/contact page, at the time the form is submitted, and its operation is not made conditional on consent (it is treated as a security measure strictly necessary for a function of the Service you have requested).

If you are already signed in to a Google account in your browser, the operation of the reCAPTCHA script via google.com may cause Google to read or set its own account authentication and security cookies. These are third-party cookies managed directly by Google, not by us:

Cookie Purpose (according to Google) Duration Domain
SID, __Secure-1PSID, __Secure-3PSID Digitally signed record of the Google account session ~2 years .google.com
HSID, SSID Together with SID, provides account integrity/CSRF protection ~2 years .google.com
APISID, SAPISID, __Secure-1PAPISID, __Secure-3PAPISID Authentication to Google APIs, session security ~2 years .google.com
__Secure-1PSIDCC, __Secure-3PSIDCC Additional security check against unauthorised access to the Google account ~1 year .google.com
__Secure-1PSIDTS, __Secure-3PSIDTS Timestamp verifying the freshness/integrity of the session ~1 year .google.com
NID Google preferences (language, etc.) and reCAPTCHA risk analysis ~6 months .google.com
AEC Verifying that the request comes from a genuine user (abuse prevention) ~6 months .google.com
_GRECAPTCHA reCAPTCHA risk analysis and bot detection Session .google.com / .recaptcha.net

Important: These cookies may appear only if an active Google account session already exists in the visitor’s browser; if you are not signed in with a Google account, these cookies are not created. Kampanya+ has no access to or control over their contents or management; they fall entirely under Google’s own Privacy Policy and cookie documentation. You can manage these cookies from your Google account settings at myaccount.google.com.

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure site performance.

Cookie Purpose Duration When it is created
_ga Unique visitor identification (anonymous) 2 years Only if analytics consent is given
_ga_<container-id> Session state (GA4) 2 years Only if analytics consent is given

Our privacy safeguards:

  • IP addresses are not stored permanently: By design of the Google Analytics 4 product architecture, IP addresses are not permanently logged. IP addresses of EU users are never logged; for users outside the EU, the IP is used only briefly to determine geographic location (country/city) and is then deleted. (The anonymize_ip parameter of the old Universal Analytics is a no-op in GA4; this is therefore product behaviour, not an additional setting.)
  • url_passthrough: false: URL query string parameters are not passed to Google.
  • ads_data_redaction: true: device/IP data is reduced to a minimum when there is no consent.
  • Data minimisation: only anonymous page views, session duration and technical information (browser, device type, country).
  • Your data is processed by Google LLC; it is transferred under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).

For transparency: the Google Analytics script (gtag.js) is loaded at page load in Consent Mode v2, in the denied state by default. However:

  • None of the cookies above are created: if analytics consent has not been given, no browser identifier is stored.
  • Only cookieless, anonymous “ping” signals flow to Google: country (not city), device type, browser type, page view. No personal data, IP address, user ID or device fingerprint is sent.
  • These signals are used by Google solely for aggregated statistical modelling; no individual user profile is created and they do not enter the advertising ecosystem.
  • If you give analytics consent, the cookies are activated and the pings become full analytics data.

You can withdraw your consent at any time from the cookie preferences; in that case, existing analytics cookies are deleted automatically.

We use Google Ads and Google Signals to measure marketing performance and show targeted advertising.

Google Analytics Advertising Features in use:

  • Remarketing with Google Analytics
  • Google Display Network impression reporting
  • Google Analytics demographics and interests reporting (Google Signals)
  • Google Ads conversion measurement
Cookie Purpose Duration Domain Party
_gcl_au Google Ads conversion attribution ~3 months kampanyaplus.com first party
_gcl_aw Google Ads click tracking 90 days kampanyaplus.com first party
_gac_* Google Ads campaign attribution 90 days kampanyaplus.com first party
IDE DoubleClick ad targeting ~13 months .doubleclick.net third party
DSID DoubleClick cross-device recognition ~2 weeks .doubleclick.net third party
NID Google ad personalisation ~6 months .google.com third party

First party vs third party: The _gcl_* and _gac_* cookies are set by us on the Kampanya+ domain (kampanyaplus.com). The IDE, DSID and NID cookies are set by Google on Google domains (.doubleclick.net, .google.com); these third-party cookies may also be created when your browser visits Google pages.

These cookies are loaded only if you give marketing consent. If consent is refused or later withdrawn, the first-party cookies are deleted automatically via autoClear; in Consent Mode v2 the ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization and personalization_storage flags switch to the denied state, and Google Ads/Signals do not process any personal data.

  • The first-party cookies above are not created; the third-party cookies are not written to your browser.
  • Google Signals remains off; no demographic (age range, gender), interest or cross-device data is collected.
  • Google Ads conversion measurement does not take place; you are not included in remarketing audiences.
  • You will continue to see no advertising on the Site; these cookies are used not to show advertising but to measure and personalise it.

2.3.2 User opt-out methods

In addition to withdrawing marketing consent via the banner, you can use Google’s official channels:

2.3.3 Sensitive category statement

Kampanya+ complies with the Google Ads Sensitive Category Restrictions. It does not create advertising audiences based on health status, financial hardship, religious belief, political opinion, sexual orientation or similar sensitive categories, and does not conduct interest-based advertising based on such data.

Marketing features are operated in accordance with the EU User Consent Policy: no personal data is processed and no advertising cookies are set for EU/EEA/UK users without explicit, prior consent. A refused consent is a decision you may later withdraw at any time.

3. Other Third-Party Tools

  • Cloudflare Web Analytics: Used to collect aggregated statistics about site traffic. It uses no cookies or browser storage and performs no individual user tracking or fingerprinting; it therefore does not require consent.
  • On your first visit, a cookie preference banner is displayed at the bottom of the page.
  • You can choose either “Accept” or “Manage preferences”.
  • On the “Manage preferences” screen, the analytics and marketing categories are enabled by default; you can change them as you wish and confirm with “Save preferences”.
  • To change your preference later, use the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of the page.
  • You can also delete or block all cookies from your browser settings; in that case the site’s core functions may not be affected, but your preference will not be remembered.

6. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated. In the case of material changes, we display a notice at the top of the page.

This Policy may be published in multiple languages. In the event of any conflict between language versions, the English text prevails.
