Is my data safe?
Your data is hosted on EU servers. We are GDPR compliant. Payments are processed securely through Stripe; we never see your card details. All traffic is encrypted over HTTPS.
Are my card details stored?
No. Your card details never reach Kampanya+ servers; payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never see your card number, expiry date or CVC.
Which formats can I download in?
You can download your campaign and supermarket flyers as PDF, as a high-resolution image ZIP or as a folder in the Windows app. Print-ready PDF exports include 200 Economy, 240 Optimised and 300 High Quality DPI options. For digital campaigns, Instagram Post, Instagram Story and Facebook share formats are also supported. The campaign you create can be downloaded, sent to print or shared on social media in a single click.
Is the print quality professional?
Yes. With Kampanya+ you can download your supermarket flyers as print-ready, professional-grade PDFs. We support 200 Economy, 240 Optimised and 300 High Quality DPI options, A3, A4, A5 sizes and dynamic print dimensions based on the template. Thanks to CMYK-compatible PDF output, you can send the campaigns you create to local print shops with confidence.
Can I change the names of ready products?
Yes. You can rename any of the 31,000+ products in the ready library to suit your needs. The change is only visible on your account, the shared library stays untouched. That way, every product can carry your own store-specific naming.
Can I add my own products and images?
Yes. You can add your own products from the "My products" screen with name, category, brand, quantity and images. You can also create your own brands and add them to your library. These products become available for use in your campaigns alongside the ready catalog.
How does a bilingual campaign work?
When you create a campaign, you pick one primary language and an optional secondary language. The same design then displays content in both languages for the same products, so you can reach a bilingual customer base with a single design. The secondary language is optional for every campaign.
Can I show a legal disclaimer on my campaigns?
Yes. A default disclaimer is generated automatically from your store's currency and language. You can write your own copy and return to the default at any time. You can show or hide the disclaimer per campaign with a simple toggle. Updating the text does not affect existing campaigns; if you want to push the update across older campaigns, you can use the "Update disclaimers" option.
Can I cancel?
Yes. If you cancel a paid store, you keep access until the end of the current period and the next period will not be charged. Once a store has switched to the Professional plan, it cannot be moved back to the Free plan. If a free store is deleted, you need to wait 30 days from the original creation date before opening a new free store.
